Online Distance Learning Course

  • The online salesperson course is a 90-hour course divided into 28 different sessions.

  • These sessions include all of the subjects that the Arizona Department of Real Estate requires.

  • Each session presented on a distance learning basis. Therefore, you are not required to attend a classroom for your courses.

  • After enrolling, you will have access to the Arizona Principles of Real Estate 2nd Edition E-Book published by OnCourse Learning, and authored by Harry V. Eastlick and Carlton C. Casler.

  • Each student is also assigned an instructor. The instructor will respond to any student questions within one business day.

Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.

  • You must complete the 90-hour Real Estate Licensing Salesperson course

  • You must pass the In-Person School Examination 

  • You must pass the Arizona State Examination

Before activating your license, you are required to complete the six-hour contract writing course before the state issues your license.

All licensee applicants must provide with their applications a Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Be sure to start this process early as the issuance of the card may take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
